Ladivania Mode places great importance on customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return or exchange products within 30 days.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

- Product condition: The product must be either new or only slightly used.

Gemäß unseren Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen trägt der Kunde die Kosten für die Rücksendung. Sobald wir den zurückgesendeten Artikel erhalten und geprüft haben, erstatten wir Ihnen den vollen Kaufpreis.
Obwohl wir für eine schnellere Lieferung von lokalen Partnern in Italien versenden, werden alle Rücksendungen in unserem Hauptlager in den USA abgewickelt. Dies gewährleistet eine ordnungsgemäße Nachverfolgung, Inspektion und sichere Rückerstattungen.
2. Exchange
If you would like to exchange a product, we are happy to offer you the option of a direct exchange. The terms and conditions for the exchange are identical to those for returns.
3. Reimbursement
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, the refund will be processed.
